Financial Aid

To determine your child’s eligibility for financial aid, our Board of Trustees Financial Aid Committee will review information provided through the Clarity form. This form is easily accessible online at Clarity Login.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Complete the 2025 Clarity Application
    • Clarity will automatically retrieve your 2023 tax returns and supporting documentation, including all 2023 W-2s and/or 1099s.
    • Additionally, upload all final paycheck stubs from 2024.
  2. Eligibility and Scholarships
    • Scholarships are awarded annually and are primarily based on financial need.

Additional Information:

  • Registration fee includes activities, student insurance, technology, textbooks, and tuition insurance.
  • Tuition payments may be made in full or made over two or ten payments between June 1st – March 1st.
  • All payment plans include 9% interest on unpaid balance after June 1st.
  • Payments made by credit/debit card will incur a convenience fee of up to 3.5%.
  • Grades 5-12 will have additional overnight, extended educational trips at an additional cost.
  • Financial aid from The Cushman School Scholarship Fund can be awarded to both current and incoming families of students entering the first through twelfth grades.
  • Participation in The Cushman Fund is expected.
